Can you believe it is already April? I am grateful spring is finally here. I am writing a series about fear that will be coming out next week. Until then I wanted to just check in and catch up because there are some great things going on!

A quick tip & one of my favorite things when I feel scattered or too busy:
Take your shoes off and go outside. Put your feet on the earth.
Take a big deep breath, slowly exhale. Again. And again.
It is so important for us to slow down and connect in with our body. To connect in with Mother Earth. To connect in to help us come back and release the busy feeling. Now before rushing to the next thing find 5 things you are grateful for.
