This podcast is all about the importance of Incubator Kitchens. We are lucky in this region to have 3 incubator kitchens supporting, helping, and guiding small food business. This conversation was wonderful as we heard from Findlay Kitchen a new incubator in Findlay Market, Skinny Piggy Kombucha, a success story who launched their business at NKY Incubator Kitchen and built their own facility last year, and Firecracker Bakery, who moved into The Hatchery (NKYIK) in February of 2016 after spending 7 years baking out of their home.
The conversation reminded us all of how these 3 kitchens are one of the same – we support foodpreneurs. It was a great conversation on how these spaces allow people to launch their dreams and create more with little investment.
