The next step.
I believe to grow, heal and live an abundant life we have to start with ourselves. Last week was a prayer for our own lives and that reminder of how divine we are. This week we will step into clearing the fears. Print as many of these as you need. Take each fear piece by piece- acknowledge it and thank it. Then release it gently.
Dear ________________________ (the fear you are letting go)
Thank you ______________ for being part of my life these last few minutes, months, years, decades.
Thank you for coming into my life so abruptly and unplanned.
I am giving you deep gratitude for the service you have shown to me. Thank you for teaching me in the most powerful way possible.
I have learned all that I could from you. Today __________________ (fill in today’s date) I am saying farewell to you. I no longer need your advice or support. I no longer feel called to lean on you to help me. You have taught me that I am strong enough, I am smart enough, I am brave enough, I am kind enough and so your time here is done.
I gently release you knowing I am better because of you.
I gently release you knowing that on the other side of this fear is the freedom I am ready for.
I gently release you knowing that from this moment forward I have a new way of living.
In Gratitude,
