Friends, HI! HELLO! HOLA!
Ahh. So I love this platform, this blogging & podcasting and well, this summer I hit capacity. Instead of pushing through to push through I chose to slow down.
We’ve had a wild year of transitions, a kid graduating high school, helping a family member, a full plate at work and well I just really needed to take what time wasn’t scheduled and be mom for a bit. I mean, I am always mom but to be able to spend some extra time this summer with them really was so special.
My oldest graduated in May from Clark Montessori!
We had amazing connections at our Incubator Kitchen like this one with the managers of Hyde Park Farmers Market!
We had an amazing family vacation with my parents!
I had one of the best meals I’ve ever had at PLANT in Asheville, North Carolina.
We picked blueberries at my friends Deborah’s school – Woodson Branch Nature School
We road the streetcar around Cincinnati having fun exploring our own backyard!
WE threw a RAD music festival, our 6th year in fact! The Good People Festival – a 1 day celebration of good people, good music and community! A super huge hug and thanks to Tara from Robot Inside who helps make all this magic happen!!
I snuck away with the littles to Louisville, had a blast staying with cousins and exploring the amazing GIANTS at the Bernheim Arboretum!
I moved a kid into his college dorm!
And none of it would have happened with the out the support of my #1- James! We’ve officially been working full time together for a year and half and he is a critical piece into the work of our businesses and family!
I couldn’t do it with out him!
I’ve finally gotten In Gratitude Podcast back up and going releasing every other week instead of weekly, because it’s enough.
I am finally ready to start writing some blogs again and hoping those will be weekly. In this transition I’ve realized I can do all the things that I want and desire, and it is ok if I don’t do ALL THE THINGS ALL THE TIME just for the sake of saying oh look I am doing this. I want it to be very real and authentic and full of love not stress.
I hope you see me and understand. I just really really love this website and how much it aligns to what I seek to create every day.
I am working on a 3-4 part series right now about my weightless journey. It started a year ago today when I had emergency surgery and I finally feel ready to share some of the bits and pieces. The alignment that is happening. The spiritual awakening that is happening alongside all of it. And how much more alive I am feeling.
In Gratitude,
