Laura Landoll, CSW, Advanced Sommelier, CMS, Sales Manager, Grand Cru Wine Company and Adjunct Professor at Cincinnati State. She teaches Sommelier Prep and Beverage Management to the Culinary students at Cincinnati State. Laura has worked at Vintage Wine Distributor, Inc. for 6 ½ years before being promoted to start–up and run the Grand Cru Division of Vintage Wine Distributor, Inc. in 2009. Laura co-authors a Food and Wine Pairing article for Living’s Great in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Laura continues to mentor students, restaurateurs and retailers on passing the Level I & II exams given by the Court of Master Sommeliers. Previously Laura was the Director of Premium Seating for Firstar Center and spent 20+ years in Restaurant Operations for concepts ranging from a Brew Pub to Fine Dining. Laura’s hobbies are gardening, refinishing furniture, cooking, traveling and of course, collecting wine. Laura and her husband live in Mt. Lookout.
