It started in 2010 with a recipe and a desire. Grateful Grahams soon became our catalyst into entrepreneurship. In 2013 we started Incubator Kitchen Collective, a non-profit to support food entrepreneurs. We’ve since launched Head to Heart mentoring programs for individuals and teams, and now Power to Pursue, a woman’s empowerment summit.

Rachel DesRochers
RLD LLC was formed out of my growth as an entrepreneur and leader. I’ve spent 10+ years doing marketing for a national grocer & I’ve spent nearly 20 years gathering women in the community to grow together.
I’ve been an entrepreneur since 2010 whose mission it has been to spread the message of gratitude & build community. I found myself doing more speaking engagements, workshops on a gratitude practice and more community engagement.
From consulting for the City of Fairborn to leading a mindfulness workshop with 84.51 to my Head to Heart Mentoring to Strategy Sessions for small business – my goal is always to help. Clear the clutter and live a joy filled life.
Grateful Grahams
Grateful Grahams was started in 2010 in my home kitchen with my 5 1/2 month daughter, Rosalee, strapped to my back. From rolling out handmade grahams on my kitchen counter to selling in over 85 retail outlets the mission remained the same – spreading the message of gratitude one graham at a time.
Although closed in 2023, Grateful Grahams became our catalyst into entrepreneurship.
Incubator Kitchen Collective
Incubator Kitchen Collective was formed out of growing Grateful Grahams. Spending our days in the kitchen baking to head to a farmers markets to sell our treats, I was meeting so many like minded folks in this small food scene. So we opened up the doors to our commercial kitchen and invited folks in.
We are a non-profit shared used commercial kitchen space for food entrepreneurs. We believe healthy people build healthy businesses and so we work with our members to support the whole person. We offer education, mentorship, kitchen space, strategic planning and a huge community of like minded folks. We have supported over 160 startups in our region.
Power to Pursue
Power to Pursue has perhaps been in the works my whole life. This idea is to gather women, connect us, bridging the gap and supporting one another.
Power to Pursue is a women’s empowerment summit. We are building a diverse and inclusive community of women creators, dreamers and doers. Highlighting the work happening inside corporations in entrepreneurship, the entrepreneurs who are starting businesses in our neighborhoods. Open to any woman seeking community.

We know the significance of community in enriching our lives and our businesses – because without it, we wouldn’t be where we are today. We are a collective of services that foster gratitude, community and business development.
The Mourning Light
Reflections on love and loss
As an author, Rachel shares her transformative journey through her latest book, The Mourning Light - Reflections on Love and Loss, a heartfelt exploration of healing, resilience, and growth. Paired with the accompanying journal, Shift to Light – 90 Days to Grateful, Rachel provides practical tools for cultivating gratitude and embracing personal transformation.
